Omega Design Introduces LabelSync Vision

Omega Design Corp. has introduced the LabelSync Vision Module suitable for various markets. The unit captures and syncs a bottle’s unique serialized label with its individual line code, making unit-level serialization possible. According to the company, LabelSync offers simple line integration and ease of use, and verifies the readability of codes, validates that a bottle belongs on the line, establishes the one-to-one relationship between the two codes, and enables high-integrity identification processes downstream.

The machine can handle bottles 30-1500 milliliters in volume at speeds up to 300 per minute, features an integrated touch screen, and is easily connected to data management software, according to the company. The module can also support Omega Design’s DataSync as part of a broader Track & Trace solution.
